Purchase Policies
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped from Spain within a maximum period of 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email along with the tracking number upon making the purchase.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and this amount will be indicated during the purchasing process. For shipments outside the EU, the customer is also responsible for any charges, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country, and returns will not be accepted due to non-acceptance of these charges.
Please note that due to the unique and artisanal nature of the pieces, all sales are final, and returns will only be accepted for incidents related to transportation. For any possible issues with your order, please send an email to hola@estherlara.shop within a maximum period of 48 hours and we will manage the return process.
